PEDDLING RAINBOWS

GIRL CRAZY (1930)

OCTOBER 23 - NOVEMBER 16, 2008

Music by GEORGE GERSHWIN
Lyrics by IRA GERSHWIN
Book by GUY BOLTON & JOHN MCGOWAN

The slam-bang musical comedy hit that made stars of Ethel Merman and Ginger Rogers. A New York playboy relocates to an Arizona dude ranch and encounters all sorts of eccentric characters.

One of the greatest Broadway scores ever written includes I Got Rhythm, Embraceable You, But Not for Me, Bidin’ My Time, and Sam and Delilah.
