Home / MoonSchool / SUMMER CAMPS

We are overjoyed that our 2021 MoonSchool Summer Camps will now take place IN PERSON!
All camps will be held on stage and outside of the Gateway Theatre:
215 Jackson St, San Francisco, CA 94111.

Together, students learn the ins and outs of putting together a show from start to finish. Students not only learn the onstage skills of singing, dancing, and acting, but how a show is produced by working with professional Bay Area directors and designers on sets, costumes, props, and more!

The health and safety of our community is of utmost importance to us. All of our summer camps will follow the CDC and San Francisco Department of Public Health Guidelines. Please review our Summer 2021 FAQs and reach out to Director of Education Anne Norland with any additional questions at

Musical theatre is for everyone! To request financial assistance, please complete this financial aid request form.   We are able to offer a limited number of full or partial scholarships, as well as payment plans, each session thanks to our generous donors and board of directors.

Every Friday campers are invited to stay after camp to watch a movie at The Gateway!

Annie Kids (Rising 2nd – 6th Graders)

Sing, Act, Dance Skills Workshops
in partnership with Daly City

Sing, dance, act, and have a blast! In these active 1-week programs, campers play interactive & fun theatre games, learn energetic dance combinations, and sing their favorite musical theatre tunes. With a new theme every day, campers will put together the fundamental skills of musical theatre — singing, dancing, and acting — for a show-stopping performance! After a year of COVID hibernation, performers will finally get to connect in-person, hear their voices in harmony with others, and put their dance steps together in perfect sync!

Temperature checks, hand and high-touch areas sanitizing, social distancing, mask wearing and other key safety protocols will be in place.
All workshops will be held at Westlake Park in Daly City:  145 Lake Merced Blvd, Daly City, CA 94015 (Overhang Area in front of Pacelli Event Center)
