Individual Show Tickets

Tickets for all shows in our 2019-2020 Season are on sale now – click here to purchase tickets.

At Door Sales

Phone sales close at 4:00 PM Tuesday-Friday. The Box Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Online sales close two hours prior to each performance.

A limited number of tickets may be available at the venue at the time of the performance. If you wish to purchase at the venue, please note that we are unable to make more than $20 in change (exact change is greatly appreciated), and that a $3 per ticket fee will be charged.

We do not offer rush tickets of any sort.

Collecting your tickets

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with instructions on printing your tickets at home. If you do not pre-print your tickets, they will be held for you at Will-Call on the day of the show. Will-Call opens one hour before the curtain time. We regret that we are unable to mail individual show tickets to patrons. (Subscription tickets are mailed to Subscribers at the beginning of each season. If subscribers make changes after that mailing, their new tickets can either be printed at home or held at Will Call.)

Seating

All 42nd Street Moon productions are reserved seating. For best seating please purchase your tickets early. Please note, our Sunday Matinees often sell out as does aisle seating for most performances.

Late Seating

We urge all patrons to make sure to arrive at the theatre on time, but we understand that the best-laid plans can go awry. If you arrive after the show has started, the House Manager will seat you when there is an appropriate break in the action. To minimize disruption to those patrons already seated, you will be seated in the most accessible empty seats, which will likely not be your reserved seats. You may move to your reserved seats during intermission if you desire. This will also be the case for patrons who return late from intermission.

Exchanges

42nd Street Moon is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and cannot provide refunds. If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance consider exchanging your ticket.

Exchanges must be made at least one full business day in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for the exact day or seat you wish to exchange to, however all efforts will be made to provide you with a comparable seat. Exchanges for Saturday or Sunday performances must be made by 5pm the Friday before the show.

There is a $10 exchange fee in addition to any additional ticket cost. You may exchange for another performance of the same show. We waive this fee for subscribers who provide us at least one business day’s notice. This fee is also waived for VIP Tickets.

In the event you are unable to exchange your performance, we can credit your returned ticket(s) as a tax-deductible donation, as long as we are notified three hours prior to curtain. (Subscribers can notify us up to 30 minutes before curtain.)

Tax deductions are non-transferable: We will be able to credit only the original purchaser of the ticket.

GATEWAY THEATRE SEATING CHART

Seniors

A discount for those patrons 62 and older is available at all performances except for preview performances. The discount is also not available for VIP seats or Economy Tier seats.

Actors’ Equity members

We offer tickets to any performance for $15 to current members of Actors’ Equity or the Equity Membership Candidate program. These tickets can not be purchased online – they must be purchased over the phone or in person. Please have your current Equity or EMC card or member number ready when you place your order.

Group Sales

We love groups at 42nd Street Moon! And to show our appreciation, groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount, our famous customer service, and – for parties of 15 or more – a free ticket for the group’s organizer!
